Ostrero works to grow the Circular Economy in Scotland through mindset change and education. We raise awareness of what the Circular Economy is and how it is vitally important to Scotland’s economic and environmental wellbeing through workshops, research and embedding circular solutions in partnership with schools, universities and businesses across the UK.
It’s Ostrero’s 10th Birthday! To celebrate we have launched our Zero Waste Schools Guide to help schools get started with designing out waste and keeping materials in circulation through share, repair and reuse. It’s full of practical tips designed by schools for schools. See our Making Circles page for more details.
This schools programme introduces learners to the Circular Economy through creative learning workshops and our Zero Waste Schools pilot. This helps schools promote sharing, reuse and repair to reduce waste, save money and resources and embed a circular approach.
